We hope you love your vintage piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at takenbytheskystore@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
